AmPuH
Terms of Service
The terms for using this audit tool.
1. Acceptance
Using AmPuH means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
2. What the service does
It fetches a public web page you nominate and returns an automated technical analysis of it. The analysis is produced by software and is advisory. It is not professional advice, and no ranking outcome is promised or implied.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Audit a site you neither own nor have permission to test, where doing so would breach that site's terms or any applicable law.
- Use the tool to load, stress or otherwise disrupt a third party site. Each audit issues real requests to the target.
- Circumvent the rate limits or the anti-abuse verification.
- Attempt to gain administrative access, or to read credentials held by this installation.
4. Accuracy
Scores are produced by a documented, published rubric, and every finding names the rule that produced it. That makes the reasoning checkable, not infallible. Where checks depend on Google APIs, results depend on Google's availability and on data Google may lag by several days. Verify anything before acting on it commercially.
5. Availability
Provided as is, with no uptime guarantee. The operator may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time, and reports may be deleted after 30 days.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AmPuH Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or lost data arising from use of this tool or from decisions taken on the basis of its reports.
7. Third party services
Optional features call Google APIs, and using them means accepting Google's own terms. Google's treatment of data sent to it is governed by Google's privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator of this installation is established.
